The studio is located on the first floor and is wheel chair accessible.

It’s two blocks from the Morgan L Train stop. So if you’re about the Airbnb lifestyle anything close to the L train route works well.

There is a rather limited bodega across the street from the studio, but several more fully stocked bodegas and grocery stores within a 5 min walk radius. There are also Japanese, Italian, South American, Thai, Mediterranean, American, Ethiopian, and Mexican restaurants within a 5 min walk for tasty bites. ($10-20). That range opens up significantly when ordering delivery.
